Earth Element: houses the ‘Yi’
The ‘Yi’ is the spirit-mind stored by the Spleen. It has to do with thought, comprehension as well as intention. On the physical level, it aids digestion. A weak ‘Yi’ can result in trouble digesting thoughts as well. Foggy brained or lacking clear intention can slow you down from your momentum and goal. Intention guides energy and if you are off, nothing moves forward.
