Qi Gong, Elemental Connection & Sound Healing Series, In partnership with the Heart J Center
Join us for another year of exploration, connection, and healing at the breathtaking Sylvan Dale Ranch. Each session offers a powerful blend of Qi Gong seasonal movements, deep connection with the Elements (Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Metal), and a rejuvenating Gong Sound Healing session.
Guided by Madeline Marchell
Begin each gathering with gentle yet powerful Qi Gong movements attuned to the season and element of focus. This year, we’ll journey to different areas of Sylvan Dale Ranch, allowing nature to enhance our elemental experience and deepen our practice.
Soothing Gong Sound Sessions with Kathy Dickson
Let the resonant tones of the Gong restore harmony to your body and mind. Kathy brings her deep experience and knowledge of sound healing to every session.
After the session, we invite you to stay for a 30-minute community gathering, a chance to share, connect, and integrate.
Elemental Themes: What You'll Discover
Air: Like wind whispering through trees, Air flows within you—circulating Qi, harmonizing pathways, and enhancing clarity.
Water: Symbol of flow and adaptability, Water teaches us to move with grace and balance within and around us.
Metal: Grounded and evolving, Metal connects us to the deep stability of Earth and the transformation of life.
Fire: Ignite the sacred spark within. Learn to tend the heart’s flame and regulate your inner boundaries.
Wood: Tap into the “Wood Wide Web.” Trees at Sylvan Dale teach us connection, resilience, and the language of nature— “Treelish.”
Sound Healing Benefits
According to recent research, sound therapy—particularly gong healing—may:
Reduce blood pressure
Promote tissue repair and wound healing
Relieve pain and inflammation
Increase oxygenation and cerebral blood flow
Stimulate the vagus nerve and parasympathetic nervous system
Support internal organ regulation
Facilitate trauma release
Sonopuncture, or sound stimulation of meridian points, offers benefits similar to acupuncture—without needles!
“There are no contraindications for sound therapy and you cannot overdose!” – Kathy Dickson
